Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Unfortunately, we do not allow bringing your own food and drinks. The club has a snack bar where you can purchase beverages or snacks!
Are your games and software licensed?
We only use licensed games and software and do not violate copyrights.
Can I bring my own mouse, headphones, keyboard?
Of course, if your peripherals are more comfortable for you, bring them along. The administrator will help connect and set everything up.
Can minors be in the club after 10 PM?
We do not prohibit minor guests from being in the club after 10 PM, but only with permission from parents or guardians.

How to book a gaming station?
The booking feature is available in the mobile app. You can choose the date, time range and a convenient gaming station. Additionally, you can contact us via any social network or by phone: +373 (69) 222827
I don't have my own account, what should I do?
No problem! If you don't have an account in a game, ask the Operator or Administrator for help — they will provide you with an account!

👤 Registration and Account
How to register on the platform?
Registration is done through Steam. Click the "Log in with Steam" button on the main page, authorize in Steam and your account on the platform will be created automatically.
How to change profile information?
Go to the Dashboard section and click "Edit Profile". There you can change your nickname, country, city, games and other information.
Why is a Telegram phone number needed?
Telegram is used to receive notifications about matches, tournament results and other important events. In addition to convenient communication and notifications, we strive to maintain a community with up-to-date information, minimize smurfing and avoid adding unnecessary profiles. We believe that the Steam + Telegram combination helps us create a fair and transparent esports community where every player is a real person.
👥 Teams
How to create a team?
Go to "Teams" → "Create Team". Enter the name, game (CS2, Dota 2 or LoL), upload a logo and banner. After creation, you will automatically become the team captain.
How to invite players to a team?
Go to your team page, click "Invite Player", find the desired user and send an invitation. The player will receive a notification and can accept or decline the invitation.
How many players can be on a team?
For CS2 and Dota 2 — minimum 5 players, for League of Legends — also 5. Maximum — 10 players (main roster + substitutes). The captain can assign a vice-captain.
How to leave a team?
On the team page, click "Leave Team". If you are the captain, you must first transfer captaincy to another player or disband the team.
🏆 Tournaments
How to register a team for a tournament?
Go to "Tournaments", select the tournament and click "Register Team". Choose a team from your team list. Then wait for confirmation from the organizers.
What tournament formats are supported?
The platform supports various formats: Single Elimination, Double Elimination, Group Stage + Playoffs, Swiss System and Round Robin.
How to check match schedule?
The tournament page shows the bracket and schedule of all matches. You can also see upcoming matches on the Dashboard and receive Telegram notifications.
What to do if the opponent didn't show up?
Contact the tournament administrator via Discord or Telegram. If the opponent didn't appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, you may be awarded a technical victory.
📊 Statistics and Ranking
How is player rating calculated?
The rating is calculated based on a formula close to HLTV Rating 2.0. It considers: K/D, ADR (Average Damage per Round), KAST%, impact (multi-kills, clutches), MVP and other metrics. The higher the metrics, the higher the rating.
Where does match statistics come from?
The site administration gathers information from various sources, including official tournament platforms, demo file recordings and data from tournament organizers. We strive to provide the most accurate and complete statistics for all matches held within our tournaments.
How to get into the top players?
Play in tournament matches, show good results (high K/D, ADR, make clutches and multi-kills). Your average rating will grow and you will climb the ranking table.
Are matches outside tournaments counted?
Only official tournament matches count towards ranking. Practice games and casual matches are not included in statistics and ranking.

How to switch dark/light theme?
In the top right corner of the navigation bar, there is a theme toggle button (sun/moon icon). Click it to change the appearance theme.
What browsers are supported?
The platform works on all modern browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge. We recommend using the latest browser versions for best performance.
