Description
The NeoComputer CS2 CUP is a Counter-Strike 2 tournament celebrating NeoComputer's 20th anniversary. To celebrate the anniversary, the company is holding a competition where participants can compete for prizes and celebrate the occasion with the CS2 community.

Location
👥 Eligibility:
• Accounts used must be authentic and active.
• Players must be citizens of the Republic of Moldova (including those living abroad) or foreign citizens residing in Moldova.
• Players must compete using their registered nicknames; fake or unannounced nickname changes may lead to disqualification.
• Organizers may reject a team if the team name, player name, or logo is used to promote other organizations or tournaments.
📝 Registration:
• Players/teams must register before the deadline.
• All provided information must be accurate and complete.
🤝 Behavior:
• Offensive language, trolling, and toxic behavior are prohibited.
• Respect opponents, teammates, and organizers.
• Players who provoke or insult others may be disqualified.
• Organizers may consider a player’s behavior in previous tournaments when making decisions.
⚖️ Fair-play:
• Cheating (hacks, glitches, exploits) is strictly prohibited.
• Use of unauthorized software is forbidden.
🎮 Tournament Format:
• Format details (groups, playoffs, BO1/BO3) will be announced in advance.
• Matches must start on time; a maximum delay of 10 minutes is allowed.
🛠️ Disputes & Decisions:
• Issues or conflicts must be reported immediately to organizers.
• Referee decisions are final and binding.
📺 Broadcast & Media:
• Organizers may stream matches and use content for promotional purposes.
• Participation implies consent to appear in media content.
🚫 Sanctions:
• Delays, misconduct, or rule violations may result in warnings, forfeits, or disqualification.
